The survey is not restricted to users of adaptive technologies, but focusses on the concerns and needs of disabled users in general.

The intent of the survey author is to gather feedback to support the advancement of accessible PDF by document designers, PDF reader/viewer developers and the developers of adaptive technology.

Any questions users may have about the survey may be addressed by writing to: pdf.survey@karlencommunications.com.
